When you work with clients, more often than not, their high expectations at the beginning of the project don’t match the reality of the final product. This interaction creates friction and nonetheless hurts your business in the long run. Why does that happen again and again?
Many designers tend to put out the client from the design process and they try to keep each stage hidden as something the client shouldn’t know and don’t communicate the advances to the client, and that’s wrong.
You should understand the design of a digital product doesn’t have to be a magic trick in the client’s eyes. They should be part of the design process, to be able to understand each stage and the value that each one contributes to the final product.
This will not only feel your clients involved in the process and free to give you feedbacks but also allow both to make better decisions, not only based on what the client wants (business objectives) but also on what the user needs (a good experience).

So when you have finished the user research show it to your client, when you have finished the wireframes show it to your client too, when you have finished each stage of the design process let’s know to your clients their feedbacks are very important for the successful development of their products.
