Aro Digital’s Performance Dashboard — a visually stunning and simultaneously practical set of reports covering AdWords, Analytics, Facebook and Search Console. Great design, good choice of KPIs and does a good job allowing you to segment your data to hone in on a specific channel, location, demographic, etc.
Data Sources: Google Analytics, AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook, Search Console, Supermetrics

The Acquisition EEG — Although this template is used for GA it can also be a great base for you to use when picking chart palettes and explores a few of the useful chart features from Data Studio
Data Sources: Google Analytics, Supermetrics

Whole Whale’s Non-Profit Report (works for everyone, not just non-profits) — a clean, practical, nicely thought out report. Includes clear instructions for connecting it to your own data.
Data Sources: Google Analytics and AdWords (Google Ads), Supermetrics

Overview of Google Analytics from Michael Howe-Ely — One of the most aesthetically pleasing Google Analytics reports out there. This is a surefire way to impress your clients or team.
Data Sources: Google Analytics

Canonicalized eCommerce Speed Report — How is site speed affecting your bottom line? You should know the answer to this question. Canonicalized has broken down the answer into a very easy to understand (and easy to integrate) template.
Data Sources: Google Analytics

Next Ad’s Facebook Campaign Dashboard — a great summary of facebook ad activity with campaign, objective and date filtering. It also provides an individual campaign breakdown in the footer. Is it the most comprehensive report ever? No. But it is a very nice way to view your facebook campaign data.
Data Sources: Facebook Ads (via Supermetrics)

Google Merchandise eCommerce Dashboard — Google’s own branded marketing sample reports aren’t actually my favorite for most categories. Generally the people building the best sample reports are agencies or marketing professionals. But there’s one exception. The best eCommerce template I’ve found is the sample provided by Google. Integration may be difficult (I don’t have an eCommerce store to test it myself), but the content is spot-on.
Data Sources: Google Analytics? possibly another eCommerce analytics provider.

Data Runs Deep Website Performance Report — My winner for best one-pager for website performance. Breaks down results by Audience, Acquisition, Behavior and Conversion. Hits all the top KPIs you’d expect, with some areas that go into a bit more depth.
Data Sources: Google Analytics, Supermetrics
There are tons of other free templates available. If you don’t know where to start then head over to the Data Studio Gallery. Search for the data source or topic you need and you’ll probably find at least one template available for free.
If you want more options and are open to paying, you can check out the Data Studio Design Toolkit:
