Illustrations I created for Join.Chat

Introduction

It was December, 2017. Julia contacted me via Behance and she discussed with me about a massive project named Join.Chat, in which I am commissioned to design its landing pages, MVP and create a unique visual language for the product. That was a potential offer because I have always wanted to lead a design project and I knew it was the right opportunity, I took it.

Six months have passed, the first phase of this project is about to be done, so now I would like to share the design process with you.

About Join.Chat

Join Chat is a public messenger, which uses blockchain to form, manage and monetize crypto communities.

“Join.chat is a Blockchain Community Building Ecosystem”

Basically, Join.Chat is a group messenger just like those other messengers you see out there (Slack, Skype, Facebook Messenger, etc.), you can create groups and channels based on objectives, languages and interests. BUT, here are some great features that you don’t want to miss out:

  1. It’s a messenger, blog, social media integration, and reputation-based listing that is achieved rather than bought. All in one app.
  2. Functionalities that are suitable for the constant distribution of project information.

What are your thoughts?

Thanks for the very details process. I want to ask more about how did you define which features you list above to be included in the MVP that was assigned as a task for your design? How did you decide which information is important or how did you…
